Feedback & Resolution

Complaints Procedure

Parade Homes welcomes feedback and takes all complaints seriously. We operate a clear, transparent complaints procedure that is accessible to young people, families, professionals, and members of the public.

How to make a complaint

Complaints can be made verbally, in writing, by email, or by telephone. All complaints are recorded, acknowledged within two working days, and investigated thoroughly.

Investigation and response

Complaints are investigated by a senior manager who was not involved in the matter being complained about. A written response is provided within 20 working days. If the complaint is complex and requires additional time, we will inform you and provide an expected completion date.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate your complaint to the Registered Provider. If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact Ofsted or the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.

Young people

Young people are informed of the complaints procedure on arrival and are supported to raise concerns. Complaints from young people are treated with the same seriousness and rigour as those from professionals.
