Availability
While our office hours are Monday to Friday, all of our homes are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-site staff are available around the clock to support young people and respond to emergencies.
For urgent safeguarding concerns outside of office hours, please contact your local safeguarding partnership or emergency services.
